4 Creative Ways To Improve Your Employees Productivity

cry1Gone are the days where all offices are the same – now, more than ever, companies are branching out and being creative when it comes to their office spaces, their technology, and how they are going about making their employees happy and productive. Here are four creative ways to improve your employees productivity levels every single day:

A Flexible Environment

One of the best ways that you can improve your employees productivity is by giving them a flexible environment: an environment that works best for their individual needs. Everyone is different and everyone works better in their own unique ways. For example, Joe could work better in complete silence, with no distractions, while Fred works better in a team-like environment with quite a bit of communication going on around him. A flexible environment should aim to suit the needs of all of your employees. Create common work spaces, small quiet offices, and remote capabilities. Also, giving your employees certain work “perks” such as standing desks, treadmill desks, and other different options to get their work done while also releasing energy, or creating more satisfaction, the happier they will be and that turns into boosted productivity levels. Tips to Declutter Your Car

Tips to Declutter Your Car from Winner Ford of Dover.

No matter how careful you are with car interiors, it ends up with a mountain of clutter that includes paper cups, tissues, children’s toys, food packets, etc. The ultimate goal in car organization is to only carry essentials around, so the space stays as uncluttered as possible.

Here are some tips:

Trash

To keep your car clutter free, make sure there is a designated space for collecting trash. You can purchase a specially designed car trash can, use a cereal container with a plastic liner, or keep a disposable bag – whatever suits your needs best. Empty tissue boxes can be used to store small garbage bags, which come in handy for unexpected messes. It is best to empty car trash into one of the bins at the gas station each time you fill up! Summer Car Maintenance Tips

carcareSummer Car Maintenance Tips from Lenstoler Dodge Chrysler Jeep.

Summer time is best for going on road trips – it gives you a chance to beat the heat where you reside and spend quality time with loved ones. If you take your own car, then scheduling a maintenance session is a must.

Get the oil and oil filter changed

This is particularly important if your last oil change was awhile ago, because intense weather conditions of any kind (wet, hot, or cold) can put extra demands on the oil and oil filter. The oil works to keep your engine parts lubricated while the filter works to capture harmful debris, dirt, and metal fragments that have finagled their way into the oil system. Cleaner oil means a healthier and more efficient engine.

Juniors cloth Market

brookMy son is going to be thirteen years old in a couple of months. He definitely likes to pick out his own clothes.  He loves shopping online especially at Brooklyncloth.com. They have so many different styles he likes to choose from.

Brooklyn Cloth, a fashion-forward line in the “fast fashion” junior’s market, co-founded by Daron Jacob while working with Urban Outfitters and Tilly’s. Jacob noticed many of the kid’s products in the mass market were too pricy, so he created fresh designs for a low price point with Brooklyn Cloth. Created to fit the laid-back, yet distinguished child that roams the boroughs of New York City, the design team mirrors this demographic and lifestyle. The energy and attitude of bustling streets and the vibes of the East Coast are woven into the fabrics of the garments, giving off an authentic, pure aesthetic of this unique lifestyle. The makers design their own fabrics, beginning from the yarn level— focusing on items such as Joggers, Shorts and tees using Space Dye and Snow. Jacob notes, “We are focused on the Gen Z consumer. Someone who is not defined as one fashion or style but likes to change up their looks depending on their mood.”

Reasons Your Check Engine Light is On!

Reasons Your Check Engine Light is On!

The orange, engine-shaped icon that sometimes appears in your car’s instrument cluster isn’t just a nuisance – it is a clear sign that something is wrong under the hood. The check engine light warns of issues ranging from a gas cap that is not properly tightened to a more serious failure like a bad catalytic converter or a problem with one of the car’s oxygen sensors.

Here are some of the reasons why it could be on from ReedManToll Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Jenkintown:

Oxygen sensor failure

The oxygen sensor measures the amount of unburnt oxygen in a car’s exhaust system. It sends data to the vehicle’s computer, which uses it to regulate the mixture of air and fuel that enters the cylinders. A car will keep running even if an O2 sensor needs to be replaced, but it will burn more fuel than usual. In the long run, a bad O2 sensor can damage components like the spark plugs and the catalytic converter. It may also cause a car to fail an emissions test. Continue reading →
